Kayzkees
Miss Samantha Mann founded Kayzkees kennels in 1988/89. Samantha purchased her first keeshond from Mrs Helen Binke and her name was Astoron Silver Kara. She didn’t come up to show standard and Sam later purchased Ch Astoron Silver Khe Sahn.
In 1989 the first Kayzkees litter was born on the 19th October. The sire was Ch Zilvervos Rhine King and the dam Ch Astoron Silver Khe Sahn. From this litter came the first Kayzkees champion “Jessie” Ch Kayzkees Forever Now.
Kayzkees kennels bred 10 litters from 19.10.89 to 27.12.97. From this come 12 champions.

Samantha was a foundation member of the Keeshond Club of SA Inc and later become the first life member. She was secretary for many years and was an avid supporter of the breed and the club and was always encouraging to new people.
Samantha was diagnosed with Leukemia in January 1997 and passed away on the 4th November 1997.
On her passing the Kayzkees prefix was transferred to Brad Santas, no litters have been bred under the prefix since 1997.
